Shannon & Wilson has promoted Travis Nguyen, who works in its Portland office, to senior associate. He has been with the firm for 13 years, and managed projects including the Lake Oswego Interceptor, Newberg wastewater treatment plant improvements and TriMet鈥檚 orange light-rail line. Currently, Nguyen is managing work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that so far has included projects at Cougar Dam, John Day Dam and Willow Creek Dam.
