Shannon & Wilson promotes Mecham

Elliott Mecham, who works in Shannon & Wilson鈥檚 Portland office, has been promoted to senior associate. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has managed water and wastewater projects, including the Grabhorn Reservoir, the Tualatin Interceptor and siphon improvements, and the Oregon Zoo鈥檚 Elephant Lands. Mecham has experience working with agencies including the Tualatin Valley Water District, Clean Water Services, the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services and the Joint Water Commission. Currently, he is project manager for the Willamette River Crossing.
