The historic 60,000sf 1914 Oregon Supreme Court building is undergoing a modernization renovation. This will include a Base Isolation seismic retrofit, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler building systems, as well as provide appropriate code compliance upgrades.
