Harper Houf Peterson Righellis has promoted Jimmy Houf to assistant civil engineering manager. He started working at the firm as an intern in 2007 and then became a full-time employee in 2012. Houf has provided civil engineering services for public works and private development projects throughout Oregon, and has helped implement use of new technologies for plan development and 3-D modeling.
