Harper Houf Peterson Righellis has named Nicolas Speros its new Bend office manager. He will manage a team of civil engineers, civil designers and land surveyors in the office, which opened in 2005. Speros joined the firm last year, and now has 17 years of experience handling civil engineering and land surveying.
