Humber Design Group has promoted Kristian McCombs to associate. She has managed some of the firm鈥檚 largest and most complex projects. She has seven years of engineering experience, and specialization in work for the city of Portland. McCombs has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the University of Portland. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
