Tonkon Torp attorney Jessica Morgan has been appointed to the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar鈥檚 cannabis law section. Committee members promote cannabis law among Oregon lawyers and judges, share information, evaluate cannabis laws, and discuss practicing cannabis law. Morgan is co-chairwoman of the firm鈥檚 financial services practice group. She advises pooled investment funds, private equity funds, financial institutions and investment advisers on regulatory, securities and general corporate matters. She also advises cannabis businesses on regulatory compliance matters.
