Tonkon Torp attorney Shouka Rezvani has been appointed to the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar鈥檚 nonprofit organizations law section. The group aims to help members better serve nongovernmental nonprofits recognized under Oregon and federal laws. Rezvani is chairwoman of the firm鈥檚 nonprofit organizations practice group. She counsels nonprofits on all facets of their operations, governance, and compliance with laws that regulate the independent sector, from formation to dissolution.
