Tonkon Torp attorney Ava Schoen has been appointed to the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar鈥檚 debtor-creditor section. The group provides members with resources such as educational CLEs, co-sponsors an annual NW Bankruptcy Institute event, publishes a quarterly newsletter, and hosts a 鈥淪aturday session鈥� for networking and collaboration. Schoen focuses her practice on Chapter 11 corporate reorganizations and debtor-creditor law as well as commercial litigation.
