The District Utility Plant Building is an industrial building that will house mechanical and electrical equipment used to produce chilled water and emergency power for adjacent facilities on campus. This building will not be regularly occupied except for maintenance, repair or monitoring of equipment.

Bid documents will be available end of day on Thursday, March 5, 2020 to review and download from Andersen鈥檚 Egnyte site at:
