Building permits issued for March 9-15, 2020

  • An $815,000 addition permit was issued on deferred submittal for seismic certification for Haakon custom air handlers at Portland International Airport, at 7000 N.E. Airport Way. The applicant is David Havelick of Sustainable Mechanical Systems, the contractor is Skanska USA Building, and the owner is the Port of Portland.
  • Two addition permits with a combined value of $500,000 were issued on deferred submittal for structural joists as part of the Madison High School modernization project at 2735 N.E. 82nd Ave. The applicant is Nathan Clark of contractor Fortis Construction, and the owner is Portland Public Schools.
  • A $750,000 addition permit was issued on deferred submittal for the seismic attachment of electrical equipment as part of the Legacy West project at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, at 2835 N.
