Tonkon Torp’s Koch joins Oregon State Bar executive committees

Tonkon Torp attorney Robert Koch has been appointed to the executive committees of the Oregon State Bar鈥檚 Appellate Practice and Constitutional Law sections. The Appellate Law section serves state and federal appellate practitioners in Oregon by providing Continuing Legal Education opportunities, monitoring changes to the Oregon Rules of Appellate Procedure, and offering a forum for improving the practice of appellate law. The Constitutional Law section serves practitioners in Oregon by providing Continuing Legal Education opportunities about developments in state and federal constitutional law. Koch is chairman of the firm鈥檚 appellate practice group. He handles cases in state and federal courts of appeals.
