Building permits issued for March 16-22, 2020

  • A $709,115 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement on levels three through five of the Sideyard building at 365 N.E. Couch St. The work will create new restrooms, kitchenettes and partition walls on each level. The applicant is Jill Asselineau of Skylab Architecture, the contractor is Andersen Construction, and the owner is Block 76 LLC.
  • A $550,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement in a retail building at 1122 N.W. Everett St. The applicant is Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits, the owner is Everett Street LLC, and the primary contractor is out to bid.
  • A $64,000,000 alteration permit was issued for the Concourse B Extension project at Portland International Airport, at 7000 N.E. Airport Way. The project will include reconstruction of the concourse and an addition of about 50,000 square feet, as well as a new 10,000-square-foot pedestrian walkway. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is Hoffman Skanska LLC, and the owner is the Port of Portland. A separate permit valued at $3,000,000 was issued for enabling work related to the main terminal core project; the applicant is Zac Horton of Faster Permits.
  • A $982,493 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, 14-unit apartment building at 1615 N. Willis Blvd. The applicant is Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits, the contractor is Tieton Homes LLC, and the owner is 1615 N. Willis Apartments LLC.
  • A $1,400,000 new construction permit is under inspection for a three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 6940 N. Greenwich Ave. The applicant is Dan Williams of Faster Permits, the contractor is WDC Oregon LLC, and the owner is RH Avary Quinn Apartments.

  • A $545,000 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for the Pearl District location of Screen Door restaurant in a Brewery Blocks building at 1125 N.W.   • A $750,000 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for Italian food hall La Cooperativa on the first floor of the Tanner Point building at 1250 N.W.
