The project is a new 6-story concrete podium and wood framing affordable housing which includes 81 units. It also features on & off site utilities and road improvements, an elevated courtyard, on grade play area, two community rooms, on grade covered and uncovered parking.

MEPFS scopes have been awarded and are not out to bid

Estimated Construction Schedule:
June 2020 鈥� September 2021

Labor Requirements:
BOLI Prevailing and Davis Bacon wage rates are applicable Section 3 and COBID certified subcontractors are encouraged to apply.
