The scope of work for this bid include: Subcontract of Division 26 / 27 / 28: Division 27: Division 28: Bid documents can be examined via accessing Pence Construction鈥檚 website at MWESB FIRMS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. The contractor reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the bid procedures or requirements; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public鈥檚 best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids. |
