  • Design advice is sought for a performance and education facility for Northwest Children’s Theater at 2135 N.W. 29th Ave., a 0.34-acre property fronting Northwest Nicolai Street between 29th and 30th avenues. The building would have two levels of performance, education and administrative space above below-grade parking. The applicant is Noel Johnson, and the owner is Cairn Pacific Properties 10 LLC.
  • Early assistance is sought for interim use of the 22.45-acre former ESCO Corp. site at 2141 N.W. 25th Ave. to include exterior storage, private vehicle parking and office trailers. The applicant is Jennifer Pittsley of owner 1535-A1 LLC.
  • Early assistance is sought for two four-story multifamily buildings with a total of 150 residential units at 7909 S.E. Harney St. The property currently holds a single-family structure. The development will include surface parking, detached garages, an outdoor playground and open space. The applicant is John Fisher of Spokane, Washington-based Inland Washington LLC, and the owners are Roger Goldingay and Carol Otis.
  • Early assistance is sought for the addition of green space and permeable surface area for a new play area at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, at 3436 S.E. 43rd Ave. The applicant is Matt Wangler of owner St. Ignatius Catholic Church Portland Oregon.
