This project consists of the new construction of a 2-story PEMB to serve as a maintenance and storage facility for various campus operations departments and one bay of offices. There is a detached boiler building, a standalone Lube Shop as well as 4 bays of outdoor covered storage. A new drive entrance, new associated parking area, reconfiguration of existing parking lot as well as half-street ROW improvements are included in this bid package.

Div. 03 Structural Concrete; Div. 05/13 Structural Steel and Pre-Engineered Metal Building – Includes Standing Seam Metal Roofing and Gutters; Div. 31/32 Mass Grading & Aggregate Base

We are accepting bids for *ALL DIVISIONS listed in the specifications.

Bidders must use specified proposal forms provided in the bid documents. Pence Construction will submit self-performed bids for Div. 6 Rough Carpentry, Div. 8 Miscellaneous, Div. 10 Miscellaneous install on this project. Bids for this scope shall be submitted in writing to Pence office in Portland at noon on bid day. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid.
