Misha Isaak has joined Perkins Coie鈥檚 commercial litigation practice as a partner in its Portland office. He previously was general counsel in Oregon Gov. Kate Brown鈥檚 office. Before that he was an attorney with Perkins Coie. Isaak managed all legal affairs in Brown鈥檚 office, and settled the state鈥檚 most significant litigation, including its dispute with Oracle. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science and government from Reed College, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
