Tonkon Torp has added attorney聽Danica Hibpshman聽to its聽business department聽and聽cannabis industry group. She previously served the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, including the past five years developing and implementing the state鈥檚 initial cannabis regulations and overseeing OLCC alcohol and cannabis licensing. Hibpshman also had a business litigation practice during stints with Davis, Rothwell, Earle & Xochihua PC and Haglund, Kelley, Horngren & Jones LP. She has a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law.
