The building is enclosed with brick veneer and aluminum ribbon windows. The building is a contributing resource within the OSU National Historic District. The renovation will replace all interior partitions, doors, fixtures, finishes, and
MEP systems. The building use will remain a research and teaching lab and be modernized to meet the needs of the campus. Exterior work includes replacement of existing windows, and west courtyard improvements.
