| LMC Construction is requesting bids for Building C, which is the 鈥淢arket Hall鈥� on the Downtown Rockwood project site.
The project contains retail tenant spaces, commercial kitchens and community gathering spaces. The scope of work consists of the building structure, MEPF work, site work, site utilities and site improvements associated with Building C. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2020 All bidding documents & other information are located at link: Project Requirements: Commercial Prevailing Wages and the City of Gresham work force equity goals, work force training goals and 鈥淏uy Local鈥� policy. |
