REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Bid Package – Ground Up New Building

Bid Date: 6/2/20 @ 2PM

As a part of this bid, KNCC is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals to complete all scopes of work for the construction of the new City Hall聽 Building. The building will be approximately 9,800 square feet of space will be the new home for the city offices and the council chambers. Site work will include new parking lot, plazas, community outdoor spaces and a children鈥檚
Splash Pad water feature. The building will be wood frame construction with a cross laminated timber (CLT) roof structure, finishes, and new MEP SystemsThere will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held on-line via Microsoft Teams.
