• Early assistance is sought for an approximately 25-unit apartment building at 8134 S.E. Sixth Ave. The site currently holds a 120-year-old single-family structure. The applicant is Mark Lisac of Lisac Brothers Construction, and the owner is Eed Nuljon.

• Early assistance is sought for tenant improvements to a retail building at 950 N.W. 23rd Ave. Proposed improvements include new storefront, new paint, removal of a stone veneer from the front of the building and new awnings. The applicant is Seth Garey of CE John Properties 65, LLC, and the owner is CE John Properties 22 LLC.

• Early assistance is sought for a new 10-unit multifamily building with on-site parking at 3333 S.E. 87th Ave. The site currently contains a manufactured home. The applicant is Ed Bruin of Edge Development, and the owner is Dottie Vaughn of Yuma, Arizona.

• Early assistance is pending for early feedback and identification of issues related to condition of approval B for the 鈥渨est campus鈥� of the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant master plan at 5050 N. Columbia Court. The meeting will also address requirements related to an interagency agreement between the Bureau of Environmental Services and the Bureau of Development Services for nonconforming upgrades. The applicant is Lisa Moscinksi of BES, and the owner is the city of Portland.

• A Type Ix environmental review is pending for geotechnical borings, grading and enhancement as part of the 鈥淥S Resource Enhancement Project鈥� at the Broadmoor Golf Course, at 3509 N.E. Columbia Blvd. A portion of the site is being targeted for a new industrial development. The applicant is Benjamin Brodsky of Tukwila, Washington-based Prologis, and the owner is Broadmoor Inc.

• A Type II environmental review is pending for a project to reconstruct the bank of the Columbia River in two locations on Canoe Bay property at 3255 N. Hayden Island Drive. Erosion will be controlled by armoring the slope with a proprietary bag-wall system and planting of trees and shrubs. The bank area will also be hydroseeded with native herbaceous species. The applicant is Kevin Flanigan of owner Inland Sea Maritime Group LLC.
