This project consists of the renovation of the indoor pool vessel and pool mechanical room. GC intends to bid Division 3 via a related entity.

We are accepting bids for *ALL DIVISIONS listed in the specifications. Bidders must use specified proposal forms provided in the bid documents. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid.
