GOVERNMENT

Washington County has named Eva LaBonte assistant director of its Department of Support Services. She had previously served in the role on an interim basis for the past several months. LaBonte joined Washington County in November 2015 as manager of the risk management division; she has since become human resources manager. She will continue to oversee human resources and risk management as well as emergency management and support services administration. LaBonte has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in both business administration and psychology from Pacific University, and a master鈥檚 degree in industrial/organizational development from Portland State University.
