GOVERNMENT

Washington County has named Jack Liang director of its Department of Support Services. He had previously served in the role on an interim basis since August 2019. Liang has served as chief finance officer for the county for nearly two years. In addition to managing the finance division, he will directly oversee purchasing and central services as well as facilities and parks services, information technology services, and fleet services. Liang holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration from Portland State University.
