Renovation and addition to existing office building and partial build out of existing metal building. Extensive demolition to the existing office building, seismic upgrade to Category IV, new roofing, and site work.

A non-mandatory pre-bid for interested subcontractors will be held on Tuesday, July 28th at 10:00 am at the project Site located at 13895 Fir Street.

Face coverings will be required, and social distancing guidelines strictly enforced.
