  • Early assistance is requested for demolition of an existing parking garage and park at O’Bryant Square, at 800 S.W. Harvey Milk St. The applicant is Gary Darling of IML Services LLC, and the owner is the city of Portland.
  • Early assistance is requested for a 30-unit apartment building with parking at 3335 S.E. 124th Ave. The applicant is Mike Montgomery of SIMPL Home Designs, and the owner is Max Moini of Camas, Washington.
  • Early assistance is requested for partial redevelopment of an apartment complex at 4624 S.W. Dickinson St. Two existing buildings would be removed and two new buildings would be constructed, adding 300 units. The applicant is Nathan Jones of Otak Inc. and the owner is Carlton Perry of Portland.
  • Early assistance is requested for a 105-unit apartment building at 6928 N. Maryland Ave. that would include inclusionary housing units. The project would span three tax lots, with four stories above grade and a partial basement. No off-street parking is proposed. The applicant is James Casey McGuirl of McGuirl Designs & Architecture. The owners are three Portland LLCs: Ash Apartments, Snowbell and Maryland 3.
  • Early assistance is requested for installation of a 2,000-kilowatt solar array at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, at 1945 S.E. Water Ave. OMSI is the owner, and Shannon Wall of Imagine Energy is the applicant.
  • Early assistance is requested for new storefronts at the Central Plaza Building, at 337 S.W. Alder St. Proposed changes include improved façade articulation and more emphasis on the ground floor. The owner is Melvin Mark via Mark Central Plaza LLC. The applicant is Randall Rieks and Jon McGrew of Hennebery Eddy Architects.
