CONSTRUCTION

Skanska USA Building has promoted Mindy Uber to regional senior director of environmental health and safety. She will oversee safety for Skanska鈥檚 operations in the West region (Oregon, Washington, California and Arizona). Uber has been with the firm for nearly 14 years. She has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental science from Western Washington University and a master鈥檚 degree in environment and community from Antioch University. Uber also is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety Professional.
