Building permits issued for Aug. 3-9, 2020

• A $1 million permit was issued for revisions at Prologis’ space at 9475 N. Horseshoe Ave. Work includes revisions to the main office layout, new warehouse bathrooms, exterior plumbing and landscaping changes. The applicant is Daniel Novick of Mackenzie, the owner is Prologis LP of Denver, and the contractor is O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders LLC.

Building permit intakes for Aug. 3-9, 2020

• A $600,000 alteration is under review at 12005 N. Burgard Ave. for a concrete pour to support and anchor equipment, and also add new toilets and a locker room. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the owner is Northwest Pipe Co. of Vancouver, Washington, and the contractor is Cascade Construction and Remodeling Inc. of Gresham.

• A $4.03 million new construction permit is under review for a four-story multifamily building with 44 units at 1603 N. Willis Blvd. The applicant and contractor is Eric Rystadt of Main Street Development, and the owner is Willis Apartments LLC.

• A $3.5 million permit is under review for construction of a four-story mixed-use building with 29 apartments and ground-floor commercial space at 2425 N.E. Alberta St. The applicant is Edward Radulescu of EPR Design LLC, the owner is Modern Properties Alberta LLC and the contractor is Modern Northwest Inc. of Portland.
