Tonkon Torp partner Tom Palmer has been elected to the board of directors for the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Northwest chapter. He is a long-standing member of the NACD and a frequent speaker at its events. The NACD provides information and insight to help corporate board members confidently navigate business challenges and enhance long-term shareowner value. Palmer specializes in securities and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements. General corporate counseling is an important part of his practice.
