CONSTRUCTION

Essex General Construction has promoted Josh Bernard to project superintendent. He joined the company in 2015 as a carpenter and moved quickly into a foreman position six months later. Then in 2018 he was promoted to assistant superintendent. Bernard had always sought to become a superintendent for Essex and took every opportunity to assume additional responsibilities. He currently is working on one of the company鈥檚 multifamily housing projects in Portland.
