GRI has promoted Lindsi Hammond to principal. She has 12 years of experience in pavement engineering. She is responsible for projects related to pavement evaluation and design for a wide range of public entities, including municipalities, counties, states, federal agencies, airports and port authorities. Hammond also is an expert in implementation of pavement management software and development of long-term, preservation-based pavement management strategies. She recently was elected a GRI board member.
