This building consists of masonry and metal claddings, aluminum storefront, and fiberglass window fenestrations. Level 1 is to consist of slab on grade and the upper levels are to be composite metal deck with concrete topping.

The project scopes of work include the following scopes:
Site survey, project security, final cleaning, masonry, rough carpentry, millwork,
casework, bentonite waterproofing, joint sealants, roofing, seismic joints, door
assemblies, aluminum framed storefronts, overhead doors, flooring, painting,
signage, specialties, toilet compartments, operable panel partitions, equipment,
window blinds and shades, elevators, fire suppression, striping, site concrete, sliding access gate, site furnishing, and landscape and irrigation.
