CONSTRUCTION

Pence Construction has added Tim Baugus as vice president of health care. He brings 31 years of experience with building projects and teams in that market, most recently with Skanska. Baugus will spearhead the effort to re-establish important relationships, build teams equipped to win health care projects, and execute growth goals in this market.聽Pence has previously focused on multifamily housing, office, K-12 education, senior living, hospitality and retail markets.
