• Early assistance was requested for a 54,000-square-foot affordable housing building at 1208 N. Jessup St. The quarter-block site is within the Interstate Plan District. The primarily residential structure would be constructed of mass timber. The applicant is John Wright of Wright Architecture, and the owner is the Ivan Kafoury Trust.

• A new apartment building of 24 to 30 units is proposed at 8736 N. Willamette Blvd. The applicant is Ronnie Wilson of Wilson Company Contractors LLC in Clackamas. The property owners are Teal and Henry Davison of Portland.

• Early assistance is pending for a multifamily project with 40 units, including some on the ground floor, at 751 N. Prescott St. The project would be subject to inclusionary housing rules. No vehicle parking is proposed. Sixty long-term bicycle parking spaces would be included. The project involves contributing structures in the Mississippi Conservation District. The applicants are Carrie Strickland and David McLaughlin of Works Progress Architecture. The owners are Neiv and Yoni Schwartz of Henderson, Nevada.

• A proposal calls for replacement of an underground storage tank at 1225 N.E. Second Ave. The existing tank was installed without a permit, and its replacement is mandated by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. The tank serves emergency generators for the Holladay Park hospital building, which includes the Unity Center for Behavioral Health and Research.
