PACE Engineers has promoted Chris Anderson to branch manager of its Lake Oswego office. He has 15 years of experience in structural engineering and project management for both public and private organizations. Anderson鈥檚 specialty is designing nonbuilding structures to support large equipment and utilities in high seismic zones.
