Kate Roth has joined Tonkon Torp LLP as an associate in its tax and executive compensation & employee benefits practice group. She previously was a judicial law clerk for U.S. Tax Court Judge Kathleen Kerrigan. While there, Roth conducted federal taxation research and drafted memoranda and opinions regarding tax-related disputes and issues. Before that, she worked for Grant Thornton LLP as a mergers & acquisitions tax associate and served as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice鈥檚 Civil Enforcement Division.
