Albertina Kerr – Work Force Housing and Inclusionary Housing is the new construction of a 98,660 SF, net zero 4-story wood framed affordable and workforce apartment building consisting of 150 units. Units include universally accessible units with enhanced interior accessibility and comfortability features.
Project scope includes existing structure demolition, new parking lot, street frontage and playground.This project is subject to Davis Bacon Residential wage rates (per July 2020), see spec section 00 73 43 for more information.
