• Early assistance has been requested for a five-story multifamily development at 506 N.E. Alberta St. The 21 units will include studios as well as some with one, two or three bedrooms. Ground-floor common areas, bike storage and laundry are planned. Right-of-way improvements may be made along the Alberta Street and Grand Avenue frontages. The applicant is Brendan Sanchez of Access Architecture, and the owner is Community Development Partners.

• A three-story, 14-unit multifamily building is planned for 6825 N. Interstate Ave. The applicant, H. Weston Drumheller Architect, intends to meet community design standards. Interstate Avenue Estates LLC of Wilsonville is the owner.

• Portland Community College-Sylvania received a zoning violation notice following driveway construction through an environmental conservation zone. The college, at 11900 S.W. 49th Ave., requested early assistance to vet options for correction of the violation prior to an environmental violation review. Rachel Schopmeyer of Hacker is the applicant, and the Portland Community College District is the owner.
