Perlo Construction landed a spot on both The Oregonian鈥檚 Top Workplaces and the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon by Oregon Business in 2020 for the fourth consecutive year. Its top priority is taking care of its people, and having an inclusive, inviting culture that helps all of its employees thrive.
Todd Duwe, Perlo鈥檚 director of business development, has established relationships with several NAMC members over the years and plans on engaging with NAMC-Oregon University as an advisor and topic instructor. Elissa Looney is heading up Perlo鈥檚 DEI Committee. Duwe and Looney understand the value NAMC-Oregon provides as a conduit to building relationships in the community.
Through 鈥淧erlo Cares鈥 the firm provides ways for employees to help out in the community such as its #rebuildtogether campaign, which is designed to help businesses and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
