The intent of this SOQ is for lead subcontractors to develop a team, comprised
of subcontractors, suppliers, and/or designers, to successfully complete their
respective scope, and meet at least 30% DMWESB participation. DMWESB certified lead subcontractors are highly encouraged to respond as well. Subcontractor teams selected through the SOQ process will competitively bid the project through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process
