• A three-story, 12-unit multifamily building consisting entirely of affordable units was proposed at 5740 N.E. 72nd Ave. Surface parking will be provided. The applicant is Haley Purdy of Scott | Edwards Architecture, and the owner is Sabin Community Development Corp.

• A four-story, 29-unit affordable housing complex was proposed at 5421 N.E. 14th Place. No parking will be provided. The development would include a community room and shared outdoor space. Haley Purdy of Scott | Edwards Architecture is the applicant, and Estates Plaza Affordable Housing Inc. is the owner.

• Zoning information was requested for a multifamily project at 6525 N. Montana Ave. An existing structure would be demolished and a three-story, 40-unit building would be constructed. The plan would adhere to community design standards. James Casey McGuirl of McGuirl Designs and Architecture is the applicant, and Montana Portland Lofts LLC of Clackamas is the owner.

• A pre-application conference was requested for improvements at Parklane Park, at 15309 S.E. Main St. The existing 5-acre park would be improved and expanded by 20 acres. The proposal calls for a playground, sports courts, a basketball court, two synthetic turf soccer fields with lighting and a skate park. The applicants are Elizabeth Decker of Jet Planning and Andrea Kuns of Walker Macy. The city of Portland is the owner.
