Alex Cousins has joined the Portland office of David Evans and Associates Inc. as a senior community engagement manager. He has 20 years of experience in the Northwest leading strategic communications and public involvement programs for both the public and private sectors. Cousins recently served as communications manager for the Portland Bureau of Development Services; he managed a communications team leading information campaigns for a variety of stakeholders. He also has experience in transportation, water resources, energy, land use and community development.
