Egleston promoted by Washington County division

Washington County Solid Waste & Recycling has promoted Tom Egleston to manager. He has more than 13 years of experience in materials management, including the past decade with Washington County Solid Waste & Recycling. He has managed education and outreach programs, provided regulatory support, monitored contract and franchise compliance, developed emergency management plans, and provided technical assistance on sustainability and waste reduction to businesses. Egleston has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science from the University of Oregon and a master鈥檚 degree in public administration from Portland State University.
