Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the General Contractor for the new PCC Sylvania Medical Imaging Renovation, is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders.

The project is a renovation within the existing Health Technology (HT) building on the PCC Sylvania campus.

The project includes interior demolition and renovation of a portion of the basement level. The renovation will contain classrooms, office space, storage, restrooms and lab areas consisting of energized and nonenergized medical imaging equipment.
