Jeff Hinton has joined Westlake Consultants鈥� Engineering Department as a project manager and senior civil engineer. He has more than 13 years of experience as a civil engineer in the commercial building and nuclear decommissioning sectors, as well as expertise in design, project management and permitting of civil works and building construction. Hinton is experienced with design inside and adjacent to sensitive wetland habitats and waters, as well as with seismic hazard areas. Since joining Westlake, he has been involved in commercial development site improvements, residential subdivisions and two wind farms in Texas. Hinton holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental resources engineering from Humboldt State University.
