Dahlke is a 9 story building built in 1970, owned by Home Forward. The renovation includes upgrade of finishes in the units and corridors. The 1st floor community and service spaces including a small addition will be re-programmed to better serve Home Forward.

Roofs will be upgraded, the site will be re-imagined, and some minor exterior fa莽ade improvements will take place. The bulk of the unit and common area
work will take place when units are unoccupied and Walsh has possession of the floor for construction.
