Pat Gaylord has joined David Evans and Associates as the Oregon market leader for its Surveying and Geomatics Center of Excellence. He is based in the firm鈥檚 Portland office. Gaylord is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Oregon, Washington and Idaho with nearly 30 years of experience in the Northwest. He specializes in the resolution of difficult boundary survey issues and expert witness services. He has extensive experience in providing land surveying services for private, site development projects of up to 100 lots as well as public transportation and infrastructure projects. Gaylord has served private property owners, timber companies, commercial developers and public agencies.
