LMC Construction is requesting bids for a renovation project at two separate property locations. Fir Acres is an existing multi-family development consisting of 13 build-ings that contain 32 apartments and an office area. Stark Manor is an existing multi-family development consisting of 5 buildings that contain 30 apartments.
